The successful candidate will lead and coordinate various quality improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. This includes reviewing clinical incidents, transforming data into meaningful actions, and preparing and facilitating meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

To excel in this challenging role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning and system improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality and safety initiatives, embedding best practice standards and promoting a culture of clinical governance.
  • Review clinical incidents, transform data into meaningful actions, and prepare reports to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate quality improvement meetings, aligning with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and system improvement through audits, action planning, staff education, and accreditation preparation.
