Food and Beverage Team Member Job Description

At our hospitality establishment, we are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Take orders accurately and maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the service areas, adhering to our operational procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing guest needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Passion for working in the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certification is required.
