The Role

This Strategic Technology HR Business Partner will provide expert partnership to the Group CTO, supporting the design and delivery of a tailored people strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the broader Business Partnering team and Group People COE to represent the Technology business's needs in the design of strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to the Group CTO and team on talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Business Partnering team to identify and address people-related risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development within the Technology function.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring technical skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a related field, preferably in a tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies, with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.

What We Offer
