We seek a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in shaping the future of banking and capital markets. As Assistant Vice President, Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA or equivalent desired
  • Relevant years of experience in banking and capital markets as an operations manager, solution architect, or transformation lead
  • Deep domain expertise in consumer/commercial Australian banking operations including Consumer and Business Banking, Fraud and Financial Crime, and technologies
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Very good command on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
