About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a key player in driving strategic change and transformation. As Assistant Vice President, Strategic Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Planning & Strategy Manager and Head of Human Resources in implementing the bank's change management and transformation strategy across Oceania.

You will be working closely with stakeholders, engaging in bank-wide change initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the branch's change management strategy and new ways of working.
  • Contribute to the delivery of bank-wide transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze data to gather scope, assess performance, measure impact of change initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement and enhancement.
  • Prepare and present change materials such as leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, and presentation decks to senior leadership.
Employee Engagement
  • Design and implement mechanisms for employee feedback, recognition, and involvement.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of employee engagement programs including identifying and sourcing opportunities through to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Monitor culture and employee engagement trends using survey data, pulse feedback, and other metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Interpret results and create presentations to report on engagement trends for HR initiatives and programs.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on change strategy outcomes, including adoption, readiness, and alignment with the Medium-Term Business Plan and strategic objectives.
  • Produce comprehensive quarterly and annual reports on change management initiatives, engagement, and culture within the organization.
