Quantitative Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantitative Analyst to fill a critical role in our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the derivatives pricing library used by the Treasury and Financial Markets division, working closely with existing quants.
  • Improve models, add new products, and optimise the overall performance of the pricing library.
  • Determine requirements and provide quantitative support as part of a collaborative team.
  • Generate pricing sensitivities for derivative payoffs and demonstrate expertise in interest rate modelling.
  • Analyse and solve complex financial problems to deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop technical skills, enhance business knowledge, and advance career prospects.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4-10 years' experience in a similar quant position.
  • A PhD or at least a Distinction level master's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or quantitative finance.
  • Min. 2 years development experience in C++ (experience in C# or Java may be considered).
  • Proficiency in using source code management tools such as Git or SVN.
  • Able to communicate technical ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
