Job Description

The role of the Guest Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, internal and external, over the phone. The Communication Centre is the hub of all phone calls across divisions and requires someone who can convey energy and sincerity. The successful candidate must be able to deliver engaging, efficient interactions while managing key communication channels in a large, fast-paced hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A positive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts including overnights and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster.
