Lead Regional Growth

PagerDuty seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Asia Pacific and Japan Customer Success organization forward.

This role will oversee Customer Success, Support, Services, and Renewals.

  • Manage and expand the existing regional post-sales team, including Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional services.
  • Nurture a cohesive team culture with sales and post-sales operating as a unified entity.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at executive levels.

  • Source expansion revenue opportunities through customer engagement with Customer Success Management or Professional Services teams.
  • Act as a regional champion for customers, promoting their use cases and references.
  • Monitor success metrics including churn, downgrades, net expansion, and operating margin.
