Role Overview

The Asia team plays a crucial role in translating commercial strategies into regional execution plans, driving operational excellence and enabling consistency, agility and accountability.

This position requires a strategic, results-oriented, data-driven professional with experience in business consulting, sales or related fields. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to drive insights and inform short-term, medium-term and long-term strategic plans that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities include conducting market-based research, synthesizing findings and communicating strategy and insights to senior leaders. The ideal candidate should be able to build and leverage relationships, operate with a startup mentality and prioritize key changes and investments to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market-based research on industry trends, customer demand and competitive analysis.
  • Synthesizing findings into go-to-market plans and other strategic projects.
  • Communicating strategy and insights to senior leaders and conveying viewpoints through simple frameworks.
