Job Title

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, evaluating, and coordinating internal business and leadership programs for employees. This includes developing engaging and interactive content, facilitating workshops, and providing coaching and mentoring support to team members.

This position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on building strong relationships, inspiring teams, and driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and problem-solving sessions to promote collaboration and innovation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and partners
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Training
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Proven experience in implementing sustainable initiatives in large and complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
