Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our digital content team. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate start.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new product listings and managing existing listings across multiple systems, including B2B and B2C platforms, website CMS and online marketplaces. They will also monitor accurate fulfillment and inventory levels, source product imagery, create email newsletters using Mailchimp, and perform general administrative tasks as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create new product listings and manage existing listings across multiple systems
  • Monitor accurate fulfillment and inventory levels
  • Sources product imagery and creates email newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as generating sales orders/invoices/shipping manifests

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
  • Advanced data entry/computer literacy and MS Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting/ERP software (Netsuite preferred)
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions
