Role Overview

The Digital Content Developer plays a key role in transforming technical documents into engaging digital content for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

About This Opportunity

This position focuses on producing high-quality digital content that meets established development processes from specification documents. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a SharePoint-based formal document management system that aligns with the Commission's functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint to support Commission staff in effectively interacting with business units.
  • Assist in content publication, including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Contribute to documenting team processes and managing cross-functional workflows for high-quality outcomes.
  • Resolve conflicts between competing work goals, priorities, and projects, demonstrating sound judgement in challenging environments.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical competencies in producing high-quality digital content, with good time management skills.
  • Strong self-management skills, including the ability to organise work activities and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site administration, content management, and creation.
  • Project Management skills and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using DevOps as a work item management tool.
