Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated administrator to join our Property Management team as a Property Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This full-time position will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, delivering excellent customer service, managing REA listings, and providing administration support across multiple departments. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Coordination and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new software
