scouted is thrilled to partner with a pioneering firm in the residential property development sector. With an expanding pipeline of projects, their office has become a bustling hub – creating a new role for a driven and meticulous Junior Marketer/Office all-rounder.

This position will support the business across various administrative functions – from ad-hoc Personal Assistance to the Leadership Team, Reception duties, General Office Management, Sales and Marketing Assistance (Digital and Social Media specifically) to Event Coordination and Invoicing.

This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for someone keen to learn about the Property industry. The diversity in this role will lay the foundations for a long-term career within Business Operations, as the successful applicant will gain experience working across different departments and become the go-to for all collaborative systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of digital and social marketing strategies, supported by the Head of Sales & external Marketing Agencies
  • Coordinate internal team and corporate events
  • Monitor reception desk, business phone & maintain the general office
  • Support Managing Director with reporting, invoicing and budgeting
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and travel support to the leadership team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications OR prior working experience in a similar role or industry: Marketing, Communications, Property, Business Operations
  • A creative mindset with proven skills in digital/social media marketing
  • The ability to generate fresh ideas around team culture and events
  • The skills to multi-task and adapt in a changing and growing business
  • The initiative to problem solve independently and the confidence to ask for help when needed
