Job Title

We are seeking casual customer service workers to take roles running/calling our Charity Housie (bingo) sessions in clubs near Coolangatta, Tweed Heads and South Tweed.

Shifts are generally 4 hours long, and there are various shifts to cover during the week.

During the day these fit in well with school hours and nights usually finish no later than 10pm - offering a perfect work/life balance.

The successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team. They must also be able to lift 15Kg.

A drivers license and insured vehicle is required for this role.

Full training is provided for all aspects of the role, including microphone work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building great rapport with patrons and club staff
  • Set up of equipment and sales
  • Calculation of prize money and reconciliation of takings
  • Recording of session information
