The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Team based in Tweed Heads. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service. What Will You Do?

Being the face of Lysaght for our customers, you will:

• interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person at the trade counter managing quotes, projects, orders, design, and queries
• follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
• collaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
• nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
• resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
