About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be required to work 35 hours per week across a rotating roster, Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality service to potential customers, providing detailed information on various courses while processing admissions and transactions on behalf of the Sales Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a high-volume environment
  • Delivering professional customer service
  • Providing information on enrolment, courses, and admissions
  • Processing sales and transactions
  • Updating personal information into the database
  • Records and database management, ensuring integrity and accuracy
  • Establishing stakeholder relationships and facilitating collaboration
  • Maintaining compliance with best practice and legislation

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment
  • Previous Sales experience highly advantageous
  • Professional, resilient, and confident with a customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing fast-paced environment
  • Valid Working With Children's Check and National Police Check
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
  • Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
