Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide ultimate customer service experience face-to-face
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of vehicles
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly
  • Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-focused role
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving targets
