About the Role
  • Consult with stakeholders to obtain, analyse, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications.
  • Identify opportunities to solve complex business problems while enhancing the user experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to articulate clear business requirements.
  • Draft detailed technical specifications and artefacts to communicate solution designs that will assist developers throughout delivery.
  • Lead projects as required, including design, estimation, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve implemented digital initiatives and identify opportunities for further optimisation within the process.
About You
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should demonstrate effective negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • You should possess a deep understanding of business acumen and industry knowledge, including business processes and products.
  • You should have knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
