Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident-centric care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our elderly residents.

  • Supporting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
  • Encouraging social interaction and engaging residents in various activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior.
  • Participating in handovers and shift briefings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
