About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing expectations, including stakeholder management, team performance, KPI delivery, workforce management, and process enhancement.
- Establishing relationships with internal stakeholders and working closely with external clients as a primary point of contact for our clients' program.
- Proactive leadership of our clients' account team to deliver on time and professional completion of designated field activity.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with previous leadership and team management experience (large scale territory management would be beneficial).
To be successful, you will need to have the following key competencies:
- 3-5 years' experience within a similar role (Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager).
- Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and time management.
