Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Superintendent to lead the management and maintenance of our championship 18-hole golf course.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional results in turf management, irrigation, and maintenance.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in turf management, irrigation, and maintenance.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all turf management, irrigation, and maintenance programs.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality playing surfaces that meet member and guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide agronomic advice and input into course improvement projects and long-term planning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in turf management (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within golf course management.
  • Strong agronomic knowledge and practical experience in managing cool season and warm season turfgrasses.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of irrigation systems and course machinery maintenance.
  • A current ChemCert accreditation and driver's license.
