Compassionate Caregiver Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team in Albany, WA. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by helping them live full, purposeful lives.

About You

You are someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs. You thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you're able to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or are working towards it—or willing to obtain it.
