We are seeking an experienced educator to join our Residential Clinical Governance Team as a Clinical Educator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful training and education to our staff.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in residential aged care or acute environments. You will design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments, while also responding to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions and programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership across our homes to deliver best-practice training and education.
  • Manage training records in our Learning Management System.
  • Contribute to quality audits and report on compliance.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care or acute environments.
  • Background in training, education, or learning and development.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Alignment with our organization's values.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
