About the Role

Beaumont is seeking a proactive leader to manage our Quality Safeguarding and Practice team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, sector knowledge, and a strategic mindset.

  • Provide leadership to enhance service delivery, inspire innovation, and develop effective responses to emerging client/staff needs.
  • Drive new policy implementation and simplify existing policies to ensure effective delivery of services to clients and support employee safety and wellbeing.
  • Develop quality, safeguarding and practice capability across the organisation by training, educating and mentoring staff along with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to maintain and foster key relationships.
  • Ensure the organisation is compliant with industry standards and all potential risks are foreseen and proactively responded to.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership experience - 5+ years proven experience managing a team to establish governance frameworks and develop, implement and evaluate service quality, risk and customer safety.
  • Strong sector experience and understanding of legislation, regulations and quality standards within the community services space.
  • Experience in long-term planning and developing strategies for future business development and improvement.
  • Experience working within the 'out of home' care and disability services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
