Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this part-time opportunity, you will be responsible for advising and recommending products to customers, offering in-store beauty services, maintaining cosmetic and skin care aisles, and managing stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on cosmetics and skincare products to customers.
  • Offer in-store beauty services such as makeup applications and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain the appearance of cosmetic and skin care aisles, including restocking shelves and disposing of expired or damaged products.
  • Manage stock levels and perform basic inventory tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a cosmetic and retail environment.
  • Formal training in beauty therapy or cosmetics.
  • Strong product knowledge in cosmetics and fragrance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare.
  • Desire and motivation to continually learn and develop knowledge in the role.
  • Professional presentation and image.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills between all stakeholders.
