Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fresh Convenience Team Member to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom, sales floor, and customer service areas.
  • Ensure that all products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated to meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work during peak periods, including holidays and special events.
