Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Fresh Convenience Store Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain store standards by keeping the shop floor tidy, restocking shelves, and ensuring high-quality products are presented
  • Support the sales process by handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing returns and exchanges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer expectations, and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for food and shopping, with a customer-first mentality
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A reliable and trustworthy attitude, with a strong work ethic
