Convenience Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Console Operator at OTR Croydon Park.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of Australia's largest petrol and convenience retail network where we focus on providing outstanding Guest service. As a Console Operator, you will be responsible for providing great customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our Guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and as part of a team. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure Guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed appealingly
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Australian working rights
- Current police clearance certificate

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
