Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at OTR Bordertown. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who wants to drive their own career forward and make a real impact in the convenience retail industry.

The Role

As a Store Manager at OTR Bordertown, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes:

  • Leading a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Training and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Rostering staff to meet the needs of the business and ensure adequate coverage at all times
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Preparing reports and presenting data to management to inform business decisions
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
