
Strategic Service Expansion Manager

As a key member of our team, the Business Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in driving expansion across various service lines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities, crafting and executing growth strategies, and collaborating across teams to bring new services to life.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving service expansion into new geographic regions across NSW and ACT where we currently have limited or no client or workforce presence.
- Identifying growth opportunities using market and service delivery data.
- Developing and executing strategic growth plans and growth plan packages.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, recruitment) for service rollouts.
- Aligning growth initiatives with local goals by partnering with regional leadership.
- Scoping operational needs for new markets to ensure long-term success.
- Building and managing strategic partnerships across government, corporate, and community sectors.
- Delivering joint projects that drive service innovation and value.
- Reporting on market performance, risks, and opportunities to guide strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Years of experience in business development, sales and analysis, growth marketing, or service expansion, ideally within healthcare or community care sectors.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling services in new markets within Home Care sector.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- A driver's Licence.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience with home care and provider networks.
- A background in working within a regulated, client-focused sector.
