As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the release of new insurance products and defining their impacts on systems, processes, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new insurance product releases.
  • Assess and document the impact of these releases on existing systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Work closely with another Business Analyst within the function to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of new product releases.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on process improvements and system changes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BA outputs with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, preferably in commercial products.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal coaching from clients.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in system impact analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable working alongside other BAs in a collaborative environment.
