About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Engagement Manager to join our team at RAA Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with the motor claims repair network to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the RAA Approved Crash Repairer network to deliver exceptional service to our members while managing risk and preserving the RAA brand.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, supplier capabilities, and developments to deliver and maintain market-leading experiences for our members.
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and transparent performance management of contracted suppliers in line with RAA's supply chain governance and quality management framework.
  • Ensure regulatory changes within the motor claims network are discussed and work with peers to effectively deliver on compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a business improvement culture to deliver efficiencies, add value, improve member service, and reduce expenses.
  • Maintain the industry positioning and promotion of the RAA Approved Repairer Brand to ensure brand alignment is maintained throughout the crash repair network.
About You

We are looking for a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You should be passionate about helping our community and members and want to make a difference. In this role, you will need extensive operational management experience with a proven ability to manage motor supply chain performance preferably across smash repairs or the insurance industry against agreed contractual deliverables.

Candidates with experience within procurement or supplier management roles, including Business Development Management, are also encouraged to apply. You will be influential with stakeholders, and your strong collaborative style will build strong internal and external relationships with our partners.
