Project Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee our long-term civil and bulk earthworks projects in remote areas of Australia. This site-based role will involve leading project activities, ensuring safety, and executing works within schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of excellence and safety from the front;
  • Effectively manage resources to achieve production schedules;
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements;
  • Provide leadership and supervision through on-the-ground presence and direction;
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for management and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and safely;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervisory/management roles in bulk/civil earthworks (essential);
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Management (or equivalent experience/qualification) (highly regarded);
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings;
  • Effective planning, time management, and prioritisation skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to work in remote locations;
