About the Role

The Lead Project Executive will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions. This includes identifying project opportunities within existing and new client portfolios, ensuring projects are correctly budgeted and resourced, and delivering on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify project opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
  • Prepare and submit proposals and tenders to secure new business
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong experience in project management, particularly in complex gas and mining projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and technical skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Business development and client acquisition experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
