Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and conditions in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation through meticulous record-keeping and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, contracts, and reporting documentation to support audits and strategic planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, from prequalification to contract award and post-award administration, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experiences in contracts administration
  • Previous experience working within government projects is highly advantageous
  • A thorough understanding of different contracting models, including collaborative contracts, is essential
