Job Summary- We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll function, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate payroll processes for 3,500+ employees, leveraging systems integration with Micropay platform and Human Force (rostering, time and attendance).
- Lead a payroll team of 2 payroll officers, fostering collaboration and cross-training to support each other during leave and short notice absences.
- Simplify, standardise and automate payroll processes to deliver a return on investment, providing management reporting to stakeholders up to and including board-level insights.
- Work closely with Finance team to deliver payroll financial reporting and integration, identifying governance improvements and implementing process enhancements.
- Prior leadership of a payroll function with a fortnightly payroll of about 2,900 people, preferably in OSHC or ECEC business, Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care or Health sectors with a large casual workforce.
