Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team in Melbourne CBD. The successful candidate will have comprehensive full-function payroll experience, with expertise in processing fortnightly and monthly AUS & NZ payroll using ELMO.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll using ELMO, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and relevant legislation.
  • Interpret enterprise bargaining agreements to inform payroll decisions.
  • Manage high-volume payroll processing, including leave, sickness, and overtime reports.
  • Respond to payroll queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Process superannuation payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Understanding of relevant awards and regulations.
  • Ability to calculate payroll tax and superannuation.
