As a seasoned technical expert, this role involves guiding customers in achieving their business goals by providing tailored guidance and accelerating their success.

The position requires bringing deep technical understanding to project teams to influence the implementation of our products. You will lead all technical aspects of project delivery, configure applications, workflows, and UI, and work in culturally diverse project teams.

You will identify customer use cases, requirements, and other relevant inputs for the overall success of the deployment. Additionally, you will contribute innovative ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodology to the wider global team.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong technical understanding of infrastructure management coupled with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.

You will have expertise and certification in at least three of the following areas: ServiceNow administration, IT service management, hardware asset management, software asset management, discovery, service mapping, event management, or cloud management.
