Workshop Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced workshop team leader to drive our business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks, productivity, and efficiency for a team of technicians.
  • Prioritize Repair Orders in the workshop to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with Technical problem-solving.
  • Suggest additional work required to the Service Adviser Team.
  • Ensure correct completion of repair orders for warranty procedures.
  • Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment.
  • Maintain personal hand tools and cleanliness of working areas.

About this role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Air-Conditioning Licence and ASCIS & AUVIS Licence are preferred but not essential.
  • You must have a current NSW driver's licence and relevant vehicle trade qualifications.
