Workshop Support Officer

This position involves providing high-quality administrative support and customer service with a focus on resource coordination, parts ordering and tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role- The role is responsible for sourcing and organising materials required for servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment.
- You will assist with effective scheduling of workshop activities.
- A certificate in Administration, fleet management or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service.
- Proven sound interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proven well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with an efficient typing speed and experience in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of principles and practices of equal employment opportunity and work health and safety.
