Mjölner Sydney, an award-winning restaurant, is looking for a skilled leader to join their team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, assisting with new opportunities such as events, media profiles, and collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills. They will also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivated to develop and inspire staff, and able to mentor and develop staff.

In this role, you will have the ability to drive your career forward within the greater hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the restaurant team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Assist in managing forecasting and budgets across beverage, food, and staff costs.
  • Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy.
  • Report directly to Operations Manager.
  • Day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Follow management procedures in detail.
  • Implement, execute, and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team.
  • Maintain the venue's cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling, and OH&S regulations.
