Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading and motivating Team Members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in leading and motivating Team Members.
  • Help create an energetic and positive work environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and quality food production.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and profit targets.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable managerial skills.
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must have competent computer skills.
