Key Responsibilities
  • Paid media management, executing and optimizing campaigns across Google.
  • Strategic optimization, leveraging data-driven insights to boost ROAS, revenue, and profitability.
  • Client partnership, managing client expectations and cultivating strong relationships as their primary point of contact.
  • Team collaboration, working with in-house teams to coordinate specialized services, including creative, content, and email marketing.
  • Performance reporting, providing insightful and actionable reports on campaign performance.
Skills & Competencies
  • Platform proficiency, strong experience in Google Ads.
  • An analytical mindset, skilled in GA4, performance metrics, and interpreting complex data for targeted optimizations.
  • Budget management, experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $30K to $200K+.
  • Client relations, proven ability to manage and foster client relationships.
  • Attention to detail, high precision in campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing management.
  • Communication & teamwork, strong communication skills for delivering insights clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads.
  • A focus on results, with attention to metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to make an impact.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
