Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Create innovative HVAC systems customized to meet client needs, collaborating with internal design teams.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, offering tailored technical solutions to meet their specific challenges.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Fusion Modulair's market presence and drive growth.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from design through to successful delivery.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Compliance and Innovation: Apply a working knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems and the built environment, ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to promote innovation and maintain Fusion Modulair's competitive edge in the HVAC market.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
- In-depth knowledge of the NSW HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
- A dynamic engineer with a strong mindset, a passion for innovation, and an eagerness to learn.
- Proven ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction, from proposal to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- A self-starter who thrives working autonomously but also excels in collaborative team environments.
