We're seeking a skilled Environmental Engagement Specialist to join our team. This part-time role involves creating engaging content, supporting communication campaigns, and promoting environmental best practices.

Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that promote our organization's mission and values. You'll create compelling content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and the website.

  • Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website
  • Support communication campaigns and education projects
  • Contribute to reports, webinars, and promotional materials
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification (or working towards) in communications, marketing, journalism, or science communication — or relevant experience
  • 1–2 years' experience in a communications role (work, internship, volunteer, or uni projects)
  • Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
