Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with the local community.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to maintain a high-performing store, manage inventory, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide friendly service that exceeds customer expectations.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual who has experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage inventory, payroll, rostering, and other administrative tasks, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

RSA certification is highly regarded but not essential as we offer training and support for those willing to obtain it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high-performing store through effective inventory management, staff leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to stay and explore our products.
  • Provide friendly service that exceeds customer expectations and fosters loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, payroll, rostering, and other administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
