Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a vital role in shaping business strategies and solving complex tax problems for our clients.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including privately owned businesses, high-net worth individuals and family groups. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax advisory services, including tax compliance, financial planning and advisory services.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, hold a CA qualification (or be on the path to completing it), and have minimum 3+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high-wealth high-net worth individuals and private family groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust losses.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of tax advisory services to large private owned companies, dealing with complex tax matters including exposure to international tax issues.
  • Deliver tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Provide family advisory services, incorporating succession and estate planning.
