Lending Fulfilment Team Lead
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Supervise team performance to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
- Performance Enhancement: Identify areas of improvement, implement coaching, training, and development to enhance team capabilities.
- Customer Centricity: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing serious complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to deliver seamless experiences for customers and stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in Financial Services or a related field.
- Operational Expertise: At least 5 years in Operations, preferably with a deep understanding of home lending and settlements.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in home settlement platforms, including PEXA.
- Influencing Skills: Proven ability to lead change initiatives, influence across business units, and represent your team in strategic discussions.
- Education: Diploma in leadership or a financial service-related field.
