Lead Complex NDIS Cases as a Team Mentor

Are you a seasoned Speech Pathologist with a passion for leading and mentoring? We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our passionate team of professionals who thrive on complex cases. You will be responsible for shaping services for our most challenging and rewarding cases, mentoring professionals who make a difference, and working with families who seek us out for expertise.

  • Leads and grows a recognized team in Canberra's complex NDIS speech pathology space
  • Shapes services for our most challenging and rewarding cases

True Flexibility:

  • Owns their calendar, booking around life not work
  • 9-day fortnight: Every second Friday is theirs

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years Speech Pathology experience (earned stripes)
  • Tertiary qualifications & SPA registration
  • Experience with complex NDIS participants
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
  • Current driver's license
  • Background checks (or willingness to obtain)
